Ray Rayner played a prominent role in Chicago Children's TV. From From 1961 to
1971, he was Oliver O. Oliver on Bozo's Circus always trying to lead the "Grand
March;" from 1972 to 1981 he hosted "Ray Rayner and his Friends" with co-hosts
including Chelveston the duck and Cuddley Duddley (voice of Roy Brown); and from
1961 to 1966 (?) he hosted "Dick Tracy Show" as Sargeant Pettibone.

Cuddly Dudley (a/k/a Cuddley Dudley)
First of all, you need to spell it right. The arbiter here is the Chicago Tribune, which created the dog as a promotional item. The proper spelling is "CUDDLY DUDLEY."
